  • For underwater model shoots in the pool, the model only goes under water for 15 to 35 seconds, which means no diving licence is required.

  • The maximum depth is only +/- 1 meter.

  • If you are in possession of a diving licence, it makes shooting at lakes or seas a possibility.

  • You have to be able to swim, which means being able to stay on the surface  and underwater for a few seconds or minutes.

  • It will be determined in the preliminary discussion which wardrobe is the most suitable for your desired picture

  • A private use of every picture is certainly permitted and encouraged. 

  • A commercial use or a gratuitous transfer of the pictures to third parties is not allowed and will be fined

  • Removal of the logo for social media (Instagram, Facebook, ... ) is not allowed and will be fined

  • Due to the complexity of an underwater shooting we can only guarantee the editing and releasing of two pictures. 

  • If a third one stands out, it will be provided for free.

  • Every further picture will be charged an additonal 25 euros.
